ElevenMasters is an online football manager game. Registration requires a valid email address, display name, club name and password. Users must protect their login details. Users under 16 may register and purchase only with prior consent from their legal guardian. Virtual money, players, clubs and results have no cash value and create no ownership rights. Cheating, exploiting errors, coordinated multi-account use, harassment, unlawful content and interference with service security are prohibited. The Supporter subscription provides cosmetic and community features without gameplay advantage. Its current content, fixed duration and total price including taxes are shown before ordering. Card payments are processed on the secure platform of Barion Payment Zrt.; ElevenMasters does not receive or store card details. Access starts after successful payment confirmation and does not renew automatically unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal or termination right for distance contracts. If immediate performance is requested, the proportionate price of service supplied before termination remains payable. Requests and complaints may be sent to info@elevenmasters.com. The operator aims for continuous availability but maintenance and external failures may cause interruptions. Accounts breaching these Terms may be restricted or terminated. Users may request account deletion in their profile or by email. Hungarian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the user’s country. Material changes will be announced before taking effect and explicit renewed acceptance will be requested where required.
