ElevenMasters does not receive card details. Security logs, including IP, browser and device data, are normally kept for up to 90 days on the basis of legitimate interests. Support and complaint records are retained as required by consumer law. Google Analytics/Ads and Meta Pixel identifiers and events are processed only with consent, which may be withdrawn in Cookie settings. Recipients include Tag21 Kft. (hosting), Barion Payment Zrt. (payment, acting independently for its own processing), Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Google and Meta may transfer data outside the EEA using an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
